  I booked for five nights，I found that they didn't refresh the bed linens for 3 nights, then I ask the front desk how often they refresh, they said they refresh the bed linens every other day. They are lying! So I told them to refresh them that day. Then they finally refreshed them. It's very noisy at night. The room and bed are very small, however the price is high. The windows in bathroom are Scrub and there's no curtain;therefore, it's easy for others peeping outside.

  Location: great for people who likes the night life cuz it's in Granville street

  Rooms very very small, building very old even their elevator was bad. Parking not able to have all their guest cars, they have 3 receptionists and they can't do anynoting for me when I was checking in cuz one of them has the reservation access and he was busy talking on phone helping another guest while I'm waiting 10 mins for him to finish and checking me in!! Finally, i believe, it was the Worst Hotal ever I had in my life!!

  The hotel was in the seedier side of downtown vancouver with a lot of drunks/druggies hanging around.one day the room wasn't even cleaned.

  Gym facilities and internet facilities in the room

  I stayed in room 401. It was quite close to the lift. The lift was extremely noisy and it sounded like an airplane taking off every 5 minutes!! Im not a light sleeper and can normally sleep through any noise, but I woke up around 3 times during the night due to the noise of the lift!!!

  It was very noisy, because the hotel is faced to Granville street. Especially, the night of weekend was too bad.

  The staff was great, the room was nice. I would stay here again.

  The room was a bit small, I was expecting a mini fridge or something of the sort, but it didn't have anything like that.

  The chambermaid were friendly

  The price went way up with the addition of parking fare plus all the taxes plus all the energy taxes etc....532.32 equal 720.00 later for 4 nights should been a lot cheaper actually after 3 nights usually lots of hotels give you the 4 th night free . no frigidaire in the room no fan in the elevator work smell in the hallway and in rooms were awful lot of loud music late at night from down below next door club. The T.V. was terrible and so was the coffee wouldnt recommend this hotel to any friends.

  The hotel was in a very convenient location. 15 minutes walk to the seawall.

  The hotel iteself was not too bad at all, but the location was not great. A little seedy. Walk two blocks and we were fine however. Nightclubs up and down the block so on week-ends there was lots of bass. Booking through discount sites like this give you the less desireable rooms.

  Great Vancouver Downtown Hotel with excellent guest service. My room was very clean and comfortable. Housekeeping service was excellent. Food was great at the hotel pub.This hotel is modern and is conveniently located within walking distance to restaurants and night life.

  The room was nice and clean.

  Terrible night because the disco was in operation. There seem to be no sound barrier in Vancouver for disco's. The equipment in the room was even trembling. It lastet until 3:00 a.m. Not very pleasant, specially after a long day coming from Europe. Won't try this hotel again.

  Reasonably close to various city spots. Staffs are friendly and willing to help.

  Some might find the neighborhood not very nice at night. People living in the streets gather around the 7-11 (24hrs night shops) nearby and while normally they asked for handouts and changes politely, some could behave badly being drunk or high. It also could be a little noisy around weekends because of loud music from neighboring clubs.
